My Amazing Hubby :)

So...I have finally reached the point where I cannot touch my toes, which means no more fun nail polish :(...or so I thought. For the 4th of July Rob was kind enough to say that he would paint my toes for me, however I wanted. What I didn't know was how shocked I was going to be after realizing how good he was at it! I don't know how many of you have tried crackle polish, but I have yet to make it work right...somehow my amazing husband figured it out though. This pic is taken like 3 weeks after he originally did it, so it used to look even better. And I know we're WAY past 4th of July, but I still just had to share.:)

A Day in Island Park

Since I’ve lived in Idaho Falls for a good chunk of my life, I’ve been to Island Park like…a million times. Ok, slight exaggeration, but really, I’ve been there a lot. My family has done all the fun little things to do there so many times that we don’t even think about doing them anymore. Oddly enough, even though Rob’s now in the family, it never occurred to me that he hasn’t seen all those fun little things! Last Saturday was our friend Emilee’s birthday and so we got to spend the entire day up there with her and her hubby Jordan going to see a lot of those fun things and ending the day at Macks Inn. Now I have to say, I drag Rob to a lot of plays and stuff like that since I’m such a drama nerd, but I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt Macks Inn’s production of Home School Musical 2 was by far his favorite! He laughed so hard through the entire thing that his mouth hurt afterwards and he has mentioned more than once how we need to go again and bring family J
It was such a fun day overall! We are so glad that Jordan and Emilee invited us to tag along with them and had the chance to spend the day out of I.F.!

At Mesa Falls!! (Can I just say, I don't seem to have a good understanding of just how pregnant I am until I look a picture. Then it's like... "HOLY BELLY!!!" Just had to share that :P)

Jordan and Emilee!!! Aren't they so cute?!

Up on top of Sawtelle, it was kind of beyond cloudy that day

This is what you saw off one side of the mountain...

And this is what was off the other side of the mountain :P

In the clouds :P

The boys :)

Once again...HOLY BELLY

At Big Springs

So pretty :)

*Celebrate America Day*

This last weekend we went to “Celebrate America Day” in Driggs with our friends Jordan and Emilee. The whole day was set up with different fun things to do and see, and was finished off with a firework show. We all got there a little after noon, set up our chairs and went to see what there was to see. First we walked through the classic car show they had, which I’m pretty sure was Rob’s favorite part, he drooled more than once :P. After that we got to watch the air show…SO COOL. Some of those guys are just crazy for what they can make planes do without killing themselves. Haha. We got some lunch, and then killed the rest of the afternoon under our amazing fort that the boys built so that we wouldn’t burn more than we already had :P We played card games, domino games, talked, contemplated naps, and just hung out! Eventually we went and found some food for dinner (yes, I will admit, I had a funnel cake for dinner…it was SO YUMMY!!!). By that time they had little concerts going on that we got to enjoy, and eventually the sun went down and the fireworks started. It was honestly one of the best firework shows I have EVER seen. Idaho Falls gets the rep for having the best show west of the Mississippi, but this one was REALLY cool and I personally think it was better than the I.F. show. It was choreographed to the music PERFECTLY, and even though it wasn’t as long as the Idaho Falls show is, there was a lot more meaning and purpose for it, and it really was an amazing show. SO MUCH fun. We were so glad that Emilee and Jordan invited us to go with them, it was such a blast, and I only got a little sunburned!!!  We are already making plans to go next year :)

I liked the red one...Rob liked the purple one :P

Yay Jordan and Emilee :)

Isn't he just precious? :P
